She has made such amazing progress during her training sessions and shows nothing but pure joy when attending (sometimes being more excited to see Janet than she is to see me when I pick her up). I do not feel judged or criticised for Towas off days and we are supported in what works for us.
We put our German Shepherd Xena into Kip board and train due to reactivity issues. We still have a long way to go but the initial training with Kip has set us up and we have been going back for follow up sessions.
The 21 day board and train worked as a beautiful reset for us and our dog. The whole family worked through the online learning modules which helped us to better understand where our errors had been when working Memphis previously.
We tried our best to train him at home, but he needed that extra attention to get him over the line. We picked him up two weeks ago and he is a changed man. He walks so politely and really listens when we give him direction. Money well spent for a happy life with our Duke.

Board & Train
From $149/day
Designed for dogs with more complex behaviour challenges.
Your dog stays with us for around 3 weeks and works closely with our trainers each day to build better habits, confidence, and control.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the stay and guide you through everything at handover so you feel confident continuing at home.
Behaviour examples that may be addressed:

- Over-arousal or poor impulse control
Our trainers will recommend the most suitable program and length. Some behaviours may require additional time (25-30 days) to work through effectively.

FAQs
In most cases, yes. Reactivity is driven by emotion, not disobedience, and with the right approach it can be significantly reduced. Our programs are built specifically for this, not adapted from general obedience training.
We hear this a lot. Most general training programs aren't designed for reactivity. Our approach addresses what's driving the behaviour emotionally, not just the behaviour itself.
Our standard Board and Train program runs 21 days. Some dogs with more complex behaviours benefit from a longer program of 25-30 days. Our trainers will recommend the right length after an initial assessment.
You receive a comprehensive in-person handover where you will get a chance to go over the skills your dog learnt during the program, so you feel confident continuing at home. You also get a complimentary follow-up session one month after the program, plus access to ongoing support from your trainer.
